Residential Building Renovation – Dubai

This residential tower was a project directed towards providing affordable mid-range living in Dubai. The project focused on the renovation of an existing residential tower in an older and more traditional part of Dubai. The scope of work was to create a modern and welcoming home environment while also revamping the main entrance lobbies and incorporating a children’s play area on the first floor for residents to use.
